Bianca Gama Pena has been working actively for more than 15 years in the national and international market of project management and institutional events. Bianca has a PhD in Exercise and Sport Sciences, and applies her expertise as a sports and cultural manager and consultant, social entrepreneur, especially in commercial and institutional relations, in the areas of education, sport and culture with public and private institutions in the sectors of communication, marketing and international public relations .
Her most exciting role at the moment is as an executive director at Overcome, a market intelligence company committed to financial, technical and partnership management results for business, event and project management.
